Joining Accelerator in 2005, Tareq is the group's manager of finance. He has over 19 years of experience in accounting and financial management, having worked with various companies in the Gulf and Levant regions, including Al-Shaab Group for Investment and Astra Group. Tareq is a graduate of the University of Houston, holding a degree in Accounting and Finance.

Emile joined Accelerator in 2005, and has been engaged in regional venture capital investing since then. He leads Accelerator's early-stage investment efforts and is heavily involved in business development efforts. He is a director of several regional online and digital media companies. Emile was selected as a member of the Young Global Leaders by the World Economic Forum in 2006. He graduated from the University of Southern California and completed the Senior Executive Program at the Harvard Business School.
